main front headlamps

i have a opel zafira 1.8 elegance petrol 2001 car. On my latest MOT i have been informed the front headlamps are left hand drive headlamps fitted to a right hand drive. This to me is a manufacturer error,do you agree and should they rectify this. If so with whom should i contact any ideas.
