2003 Other Opel Models engine hesitates under load when warm

I own a Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 manual 2003, I live in United Kingdom and would be grateful if you could help. My engine hesitates under load when warm, stutters then a second or two later recovers, only happens intermittently. There are no warning lights on the dash but would there still be a fault code stored in the cars' computer.
