Shuts off after driving for few minutes

This issue could be due to a faulty coolant temperature sensor.
If the engine coolant temperature sensor sends incorrect data to the ECM the engine will not start. It can send a signal that the engine is 'too hot' to start, which will trigger a no start issue.

Whenever the engine does not start, does it crank over? Or when you try to start it it makes no noise?

Makes noise and does not crank.

Is your check engine light illuminated? Any codes?

It did show crank sensor and oxygen sensor after replacing no codes but still does the same.

Since you have to wait before restarting, it suggest that the issue is temperature related. As if the coolant temperature sensor is faulty it can trigger a no start due to the computer thinking the engine is 'too hot'.

So should I replace the temperature sensor and see if issue resolved?

Ideally you want to test the sensor. Check the resistance between the pins of the sensor.
Since this is a euro vehicle I do not have the specifications for the resistance.
Typically for coolant temperature sensors if the internal resistance is out of the specification range it is a bad sensor.
