car overheated and replaced head gasket termostat and machined head when started emmision light came on scan said cam sensor feed fault car loss of power but gets there misfires on very low revs but drives fine on open road just weird noise at very low revs like when u going stall cas wrong gear that kind low what think harder on fuel too
