2002 Opel Astra orange light on dashboard - Check Engine

Dears
I`ve had the engine management light come on my dash for 60 seconds then it is off, mainly when i`m on a long straight for a while and doing 90-110 kmph. Ive got a Astra Station 1.99TDI-2002 Diiesl Engine and when it comes on it feels like someone has switched of my turbo and stuck a trailer on the back!! It goes out and all goes back to norm.

I will appreciate your help and suggestions

start by replacing the fuel filter and adding a diesel fuel addative to the tank to clean the injectors !
