Rear wiper does not work properly

Caravan Four cylinder two wheel drive manual 110,000 miles

The rear wiper stops at the middle of his normal course. I have replaced the switch and the relay, but without results. The wiper motor works and I do not hear normal noises.
I think is a temporization problem, but i cannot figure why.

To whom it may interest, I have solved the problem.
One of the two power cables had a bad link at middle-car.

wiper motor problem so either replacement or open it and clean the contacts

My car wipers are not working properly. it is wipe only off of the mirror some time it does not work also please tell me what will be the problem with my car wipers?
