Only starts with starter fluid?

It will only start If I spray starter fluid in the filter box and will run until ether is burned off and other times will stay idling. I have new crank shaft sensor, new mass airflow, and new camshaft sensor.

Hi,

If it stays running sometimes and not others, it sounds like we have low fuel pressure. I attached the directions for testing pressure below. You will need a fuel pressure gauge, but most parts stores will lend one to you.

Also, the last pic below provides the manufacturer's pressure specifications. It shows 3.5 bar. That is approximately 50 PSI.
