I am getting a Test $19 Data fail and Test$1a Data fail reading on my Creader 3001. What does it mean?

Can you get a couple pictures of this and let us know what you are finding these under?
When you say you are in the on-board monitoring readings, I assume you are looking at the PCM data as these would be the OBD codes. However, this sounds more like an emission monitor test failure code.
