Drivers side in the cabin is soaked, I have had it in three shops, first shop thought it was the AC drain so they cleaned that out, second shop gave up couldn't figure it out, third shop said there was a "bulletin" on this problem, and they extended some sort of drainage tube, it was soaked again by the time I got home. It hasn't rained, so its not the windshield, theres water on the ground from the AC drain and its not the heating coils. So frustrating!

How can turning the elbow down have an impact? If its not turned down how is the water coming into the DRIVER side of the cabin?

It may have a drainage problem but maybe the case has a split therefore allowing water out. Is there water on the ground when you drive? You may have open body seams in your wheel well, which allows water through when you are driving
