The switch on the drivers side will not work drivers side or pass side, but the pass side switch works the pass side?? Could it be just as easy to replace the switch on the drivers side which is dual for both sides? I am SORRY that I cannot donate money at this time due to being unemployed, just trying to fix the problem and make my wife happy. Thank you!!

That is what it sounds like, just a replacement. However, before trying it, check to see if the present switch is getting power.

Let me know what you find.

Joe, thank you very much for the help I would like to go to Auto Zone and get a new one tomorow, is there an easy way to check power to the switch. I checked all of the fuses in the dash but I know that are more near the battery, all of the clear (color) ones look good but there are silver square ones as well could it be one of those. Thanks again!

Check to see if one of the wires going to the switch has power when the key is in the on position. You can use a test light or volt meter.
