After recently replacing downstream O2 sensor and fuel filter I have 4 new codes and my engine is running hot and very sluggish, very little power. The codes are as follows:
P1651, P1652, P1655, P1864
Is there anyone that can provide some insight? I have looked up the codes and am at a loss. I checked all the fuses and would test the relays but am not sure how.
