PCV Valve Location

I need to find the pcv valve on a 1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme V6 3.1L. Have blown 3 oil sender switches and have been told to replace the pcv valve.
Have been told to look on back of engine but cannot see it.

The PCV valve on the 3.1 is located on the front right of the head cover as you look at the engine. If you are looking at your engine it should be basically right in front of you. It will be covered by a vaccum hose that bends a 90 degree turn down and right onto the PCV valve, pull the hose off then the valve straight up for replacement, you may also have to replace its rubber seat if worn to ensure a tight fit.

Crankcase vent tube is where you would normally find the pcv valve. Valve itself is supposedly on back side of engine.
