Frozen Power Steering Hose Fitting

If you are talking about the connector on the bottom backside of the engine the only easy way to get to it is by lowering the whole front carriage and also note that you will have to disconnect the steering column so that it doesnt come apart in the center of it as that is a true nightmare to get back together.

I am trying to replace the pressure power steering hose on the car but the hose fitting to the power steering is frozen. I have been applying penetrating oil to the fitting for 2 days so far.

I have tried using a regular wrench and also a wrap around crows foot. I cannot get enough leverage on the wrench and the crows foot slips off the fitting rounding the top corners of the fitting. I have been able to use a 12" rachet onto the crows foot, but it requires the use of a swivel joint, and have NOT been able to break the fitting loose
