I have a 95 cutlas ceria SL with a 184k
The arm for the signal, cruise control and wiper fluild seems to have broken.
The inner silver part that you would push counter clock seems to have broken, which in tern prevents me from using washer fluid.
How in earth can I fix this? do I need a new arm or can I wire I button up ? I can't really seem to see how the stearing arm covers come off.
