While driving home from work a few weeks ago I heard a loud boom. (I thought it was thunder outside, but it seemed to come from my engine or somewhere under the car.
Since then, after driving for about 15 minutes I basically almost lose the brakes altogther. They go down real far and it's hard to stop. I noticed the other day that there is a burning smell coming from the engine, but I can't seem to find out where it is from. I am also leaking oil from my pan I think, but I have been leaking that for a while anyway. It's just more now.
Any thoughts??
