I had the dealer do a transmission fluid change and they didn't change the filter. Does that sound normal to you? They extracted the old fluid through the trans cooling hoses. I wish they would've pulled the pan and changed the filter. Also, they charged me for 16 qts of Mercon V fluid. According to a repair manual I have the tranny only holds about 12 or 13 qts. I'll hang up now and listen to your reply. :shock:
