oilfilter seal wont hold pressure y?
whats clogged ?

I assume you are saying that you keep blowing the seal on the oil filter.

Unless you are buying the cheapest oil filter on earth, there is only one other thing it can be.

Oil pressure is too high. Let me explain as I have seen this before.

The oil pressure in a normally operating vehicle runs between 30 to 60 lbs.

An oil filter is typically tested to withstand up to 300 psi.

When you exceed this pressure, the first thing to fail is the filter. What happens is the filter will start to stretch at the point of attachment which is the threads. The threads will hold the center of the filter rigid while the pressure slowly pushes the outer edges of the cannister away from the engine. When the sealing pressure at the gasket becomes less and less , it will blow the gasket out.

What causes this is the pressure relief valve sticking on the oil pump. This valve is preset at the factory to trip at a pre set pressure and dump excess pressure back into the oil pan. When it sticks, the pump goes into maximum pressure output.

You need to replace the oil pump.
