car starts and runs fine . shut it off , it may start run rough and die and will not start for 1 to 1 1/2 hr also lgetting a vibrating buzz noise from the back of the car that goes away in a couple of minutes - fuel pump?

You need to check for spark and have the fuel pressure tested
low or no fuel pressure (fuel pump no good )
no spark :
check crank sensor it may be at fault
