I have a 1998 Oldsmobile Intrigue with 2 cooling fans. One works fine, it comes on when the temp gauge gets to the half way mark. The other one does not, I changed the 30 amp fuse and the relay but still no fan. I used a scanner and the code that comes up was P1652. If you have any tips for me fix my problem I would appreciate it. Thanks

GM code 1652 relates to cooling fan no.2

Direct power to the light blue wire at the cooling fan no.2 connector and ground -did it come On? if so and you have change the relay for fan no.2

Check the computer low and high speed control circuit-
