I have a 1997 oldsmobile 88 with 3.8 engine, 247,000 miles on car, about 40,000 on rebuilt engine. Don't know if tranny was rebuilt or replaced. The transmission seems to jump into neutral at city and highway speeds, more at highway. It is shifting late and seems like it's slipping at times. Also theres a little shudder while turning only sometimes. If its acting up I shut the engine off and turn it back on and it seems to run fine for a while. oh yeah, no leaks. Any Ideas?
