1995 Olds Aurora trans questions

1: The car has a harsh engagement when shifting into reverse or drive? Would it be a mount?

2: The vehicle will not up shift past 45mph. It seams like it is stuck in 2nd gear.? coudl it be a solenoide or something else?

i forgot to add it is a 1995 old aurora 4.0L V8 with a automatic trans and has 136k on the car. any othe info needed please ask
