1994 Other Oldsmobile Models car cut off at low speed and ch

I have a 1994 delta 88 royale with a problem where the car is cutting off at a low speed and acts like it chokes during acceleration . I had the check engine light scanned by goodyear and they came up with my fuel pump pressure is reading KOEO-6psi KOER-32psi spec. engine off 41 to 47. I change the fuel filter and just recently change the fuel pump, but ended up with same results.What do you suggest next? What could be the root cause?

Apart from the delivery system you need to check the pressure regulator.
Pinch the return hose and test if the pressure increases. If yes, you need to replace the pressure regulator.
