I just bought a 1993 Olds Ninty Eight for my daughters first car. The engine idles a bit rough, but is random. It is Super Charged. I am getting the code "56 QDM Problem". Can you help me out with the definition of the code and possible areas to test or inspect? Much Thanks, Robert Holmes

code sets if egr solenoid is bad or the transmission torque converter clutch solenoid is bad. also check resistance across coil towers and if they are not equal then replace
