1992 Camaro Headers install

I have a 1992 Camaro RS 305 tbi. One of the exhuast manifold is leaking so good time to do headers.

My biggest fear is breaking studs removing the old manifolds. What can I do or use to make sure this doesn't happen?

Any other tips would be greatly appreciated.
