Belt that goes from the powersteering pump to the air conditioning and the drive train. It is the inside belt on the drive train pulley that broke. Need to get the front belt off to put the new belt on. It is not the serpentine belt, and it does not show in the Figures I received from Mitchell. There is no tension pulley. How do I get the first belt off, to put the new belt on, and get everything functioning again?

Also where is the PCV Valve located? I purchased one of these and need to replace it, but can't find it.

Which model and engine are we talking about, it may help. Generally, if you have V-belts, one of the belt driven components has a slide bolt, and a pivot bolt. It depends on what all you have being driven. You have a total of 2 belts, or three. Often, the generator is the adjuster on one belt. If the A/C, and power steering pump are on one belt, one is the adjuster, and it needs to be loosened to get the new belt on. I am not certain of the configuration you have, off the top of my head. Post the model, and engine size, and I will see what I can research. I usually answer my posts in the evenings, but check on them during the day. I work at a former Olds dealer, and may have a factory service manual for the model.
