I have a 1991 Olds Custom Cruiser Wagon. I feel a vibration in my steering wheel when I reach driving speeds of 50MPH, mainly freeway driving. I seem to really notice this vibration on real smooth roads. Any suggestions? Billy.

Check the wheel balance and for any abnoramties in the tire or rim while it is being balanced.

90% of these vibrations usually fall into tire balance.

The tire shop re-balanced my new tires . I never felt this vibration until I had them install the tires. They claim they are fine.

They may have a tech that isn't aware of how to do it right, their balancer may need calibration.
