My father has a 1991 Oldsmobile Ninety-Eight. It has a 3.8 V6 with 130,000 miles. The car will run for a certain amount of time then shut off. After about 15 minutes it will crank back up. Runs good on open road. Problem comes into play in traffic (with stopping and going)
We have replaced the Timing Chain, Radiator, and Water pump.
Someone looked at it for a week and could not find anything. Changed computer chip and that did not fix problem. If anyone has a suggestion, that would be great. I am open to anything at this point.
