1983 Other Oldsmobile Models car not getting power

I have an 83 oldsmobile cutlass cruiser. the battery is new and no fuses are blown but the car isn't getting any power to anything, and can't figure out why. doesn't have any kind of anti theft system either.

look down to your starter and you will seee thin wires going into bigger wires. Those are fusible links and they burn up and make bad contact. You may have fried one of these. It will be easy to spot all you need is a test light and see ifyou get poer to starter then poke the wires and see if power is there. yu'll probably find one that doesn't get the power.
