I have a 1979 olds cutlass salon 64000 miles smallest v8 and my key lock is stuck in the lock position this car has tilt steering and i have pulled the steering wheel and compressed the lock plate and still it will not turn either direction.i have never pulled a ignition before and do not want to cause any more damage.Please help I can not even start it to take to repair.I am the second owner and this car has low miles and never was abused.
