On my brothers car all the vaccuum lines have been replaced. The problem ,he does not have them connected to the heat/ac control.
He's tried numerous times and failed.

Is thier a schamatic of the vaccuum system some were

yes there are schematics for vacuum. I have some but they only go to 1967. You might try motor publications and they may give it to you for free or minimal cost. If they still have it.
