removal of sunvisor

How do I remove the drivers side sun visor? I've ran into the same problem. I'm currently replacing the entire sunroof assembly, the sun visors is what preventing me from completing my task. When you mentioned the round base, are you referring to the triangle shaped piece?

Hello,

You must use 2 large screwdrivers. Here is a guide that will help you get the job done (below). You must release the inner clips to remove the sun visor. Check out the diagrams (Below) Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.
