when i turn the key to on position it doesnt crank,but the belt turns extremely slow,i had the alternator tested,the starter tested,and battery tested and they all checked out fine but each time it does the same thing,know everything works i.e radio,lights.but it just wont crank,ive been told by alot of people that its either the starter,alt,battery but there all good please can you help?
