Where is the pcv valve located. found the vent tube on the fwd valve cover of transverse mounted engine. can't find pcv valve

The PCV is located on the passengers side, or front, of the engine directly behind large alternator mounting ear. You won't be able to see it because it is under a twist on cap that may have a MAF sensor mounted on top of it. It is not necessary to remove the sensor. Just CAREFULLY give the cap a quarter turn and lift off. You may need needle nose pliers to reach the valve.Make sure to check the o-ring. Hope this helps.
