1998 Oldsmobile Cutlass computer problems?

My 98 Olds Cutlass has 102250 miles. We just did a tune up on it replacing the plugs, plug wires, fuel filter, oil change, and 2 cam sensors replaced and still stalls out while driving. Mechanic had it on diagnostic for several hours and everything checked out fine, but the car is still stalling and the gauges jump up and down while driving.
