Was driving and made a turn and hit gas peddle. then heard loud cluck and was like stuck between gears and had no acceleration and was leeking a lot of transmission fluid. coasted about half block to a parkin lot. poped hood some smoke or steam came out. took it in to mechanic they told me I need to get a new transmission. they have screwed me over before but have to go to them for work. do you think its that bad?
