temperature constantly moves. but never goes in the red, I have thermostat, water pump is good, and it stills wander but dont overheat. i cant figure it out. can u help me.

where is it wandering? does the cooling fan come on and go off? is the radiator low on coolant?

it wanders up and down, but nevers goes to the red. The fan comes on when the temp goes up and the radiatoris full, so I'm am puzzeled

the coolant gauge should vary from 195 to 230 degress. the thermostat opens at 195 but the fan wont come on until 228 to cool it down. this is normal. is it doing something it usually doesnt do? did this just start happoeneing with the warmer weather?

this started happening after the compressor was changed and then it start running hot, so I changed the thernostat and now the temp hand wanders from normal to the 3/4 mark before the red. It nevers get to the red, then the fan comes on and it goes back to normal, the up again, I know this is not normal and I'm trying solve it myself before I have to take it to a repair shop.
