How do u change a tail light bulb on a 95 Oldsmobile Cutlass Ciera?

Open the trunk and remove the carpet covering the tail light assembly area. Behind it will be wing nuts that hold the assembly to the car. Remove the nuts and the assembly will come off so you can access the bulb.
