This is a total electrical issue and the break peddel switch is working properly.

I have a 95 cutless and having problems with the curse control. When driving and I want to engage the cruse control sometimes it will some on and some times it will not. When it is engaged to set you have to push the coast to set your speed if it will come on. If I turn on the wipers it disengages and will not come back on. If engaged and I turn on the blinker it disengages and will not resume. I have to turn off the switch and back on but that is a drop if the hat if it will come back on. I went to the junk yard and replaced the multi switch (wiper, cruse, blinker leaver) arm that has the cruse controls. I can set the cruse more frequently than the other one but still, if engaged if I turn on the blinker it will disengage like it is off. What are your suggestions? Thank…..

you maybe inadvertently hitting the brake pedal with your left foot, especially if you brake with your left foot. all you need do is look on the left side of the pedal and if it's worn, you do. Bu tyou can check yoru cruise control relay, and brake switch as that knocks it off as well. also check your vacuum by the engine to see if there is any leakage as that could cause it. usually it's a crack in the large line or softness and it sucks together so you lose vacuum and the cruise quits.
