1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

outside of both front tires going bald , how do i adjust this , ALSO HAVE REPLACED O2 censor and plugs and fuel regulator and still have a problem with my car using to much fuel , where do i start to fix this?

for the fuel, check the engine coolant temp sensor and pressure regulator. but the baldness, needs to be put on a computerized, alignment station in order to get it right, it will also need balancing, the other side of this, is, you may just need ball joints
