1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Engine won't crank over

I wake up this morning and try to start my engine but it won't crank over. It didn't even make any noise. The lights/radio all work. I had noticed that the battery may have a low charge b/c the power seats/windows worked very slowly and sometimes didn't work at all until I turned off the radio for a few minutes.

It sounds like the starter is bad or the alt. You need to remove both and have them bench tested at the local parts store. Also, I would do the same with the battery. One of the three will be bad. If you want to eliminate the starter, have a helper turn the key to the start position while you check for voltage to the small wire on the starter. It should have 12 volts. However, if the battery is dead, it will only show you what is provided. If the battery is good and you get 12 volts to the starter, replace the starter.
