Coolant temp sensor circuit reading too low. test replace sensor.

would that have an impact on the engine not revving over 3000 rpm?
the engine will not rev over 3000 rpm it just cuts off when it reaches that?

Each time the engine reaches 3000 rpm the engine is like bogging down, also it will backfire through the intake?

its possible. replace sensor and we will take it from there. you could have another problem but coolant temp sensor reading incorrect will directly affect the injector pulse. ps sorry about the schematic that was hard to read, im just learning how to use that part of the laptop.

Thanks for the reply, does that sensor read the temp of the coolant? because the temp gauge is working in the cluster.

2 different parts, you asked about code 15 I told you what it is? Test the sensor with an ohm meter. take a reading when cold leave it connected as it warms up...you should see a large difference in the reading from the thousands down to about 177...
