1991 Oldsmobile Cutlass 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

both of my turn signals are out and its not a fuse. what could it be?

check bulbs. if OK check signal flasher relay. if this is OK as well then suspect faulty turn signal (multifunction) switch.
