1996 Oldsmobile Ciera what would keep a car from starting?

1996 Oldsmobile Ciera Automatic

I've had the alternator check and I had a new battery put on my car and it ran for about 3 days and now it want start.It will not crank no lights come on or anything. I believe something is pulling my battery down. What would keep my car from starting back up?

Does it crank (turn over) and not start

OR

Does it do nothing when the key is truned?

Does it crank but will not start !
no crank but have lights and buzzers !
