the car stalls, backfires, runs very rough,smokes and does this on startup at times and sometimes when driving down the road, this will go on for 2-3 mins. and then it will run smoothly. Using a diagnostic code reader the code 42 comes up. what is code 42 and what is the repair. Thank you.
