1999 Oldsmobile Bravada SUSPENSION clunk

I hear and feel a clunk in the sterring wheel when I back up and turn the wheel sharply. It doesnt always happen. the ball joints have been replaced the brakes rplaced the wheels balanced the car algned.
I have no poblem going down the road
