1996 Oldsmobile Bravada grinding noise in right front

I changed the wheel bearing and the noise is still there.it sounds like a bad wheel bearing but i know it isn't the bearing.

Does noise occur at any speed, while turning or going straight etc.. ?
Have you inspected power steering fluid and brake pads ?
