The car will hard shift shift sometimes. There dose not seem to be any particular time. It will drive good for awhile stop, restart the car to go some where else and the car will hard shift. Turn the car off, restart and it will shift fine.

you may need to change the fluid and filter. but before that, check the level and make sure there is enough fluid in the system
