Will turn over, but won't crank. Starts every once in a while. We replaced the starter with no luck. Attempted to reset the passlock, didn't work either. Gas cap is on tight. Fuel pump replaced 3 1/2 yrs ago. Fuses are good. Don't know what else to try. Any help would be much appreciated!
