how i can change the lower pulley where my serpentine belt goes?? for some reason it looks it is out of alligment from the others... make sense??

Are you refering to the harmonic balancer? If so, there is a bolt in the center that needs removed, and then you will need a puller to get it off. If you only need the pulley off, I believe there are three or four bolts into the harmonic balancer that need removed and the pulley will come off.
