Noises problem

Sometime back it happened that when I would give a turn signal ( especially left), after the turn, the clicker sound would not go away and actually click at twice the speed for about 30 seconds on and off and stop. When this got worse, I took in to a shop. The guy replaced the switch ( it seems to be connected to the hazard switch). He has done it 3 times now and the problem is still there. With the last replacement, now I don't even have to be turning for the clicking to start. It happens whenever, especially when braking....
